• Executing on direction from Project Manager relating to the following: project objectives, allocated budgets, goals, schedules and timeframes • Communicating scope and schedule information to team members, setting expectations, and ensuring project tasks are completed on time • Delegating responsibilities, monitoring progress and supervising team members to completing field work accurately and on time • Building strong relationships with clients by communicating and liaising with the client representative in the field • Facilitating project scope changes requested by clients and communicating to management • Determining solutions to unexpected field challenges and implementing necessary corrective and preventive actions with the Project Manager. • Preparing clear, concise and accurate field notes, records and calculations • Managing information flow from field to office. Implementing quality checks and quality assurance on all field returns. Accurately recording time sheets, equipment and safety reports • Complying with all company policies including safety policies and WCB regulations and providing up to date information to survey crew about changes in safety procedures
