• Lead a team of 12 finance professionals responsible for projecting and analyzing prescription volume and revenue and gross margin aspects of the P&L
• Oversee monthly close process in partnership with accounting team, with strong focus on accuracy of results, timeliness of reporting and actionable insights delivered to the business
• Provide support for a variety of finance / business needs, including the development of monthly and quarterly reporting packages, budget presentations for senior leadership, and day-to-day ad-hoc analyses
• Collaborate with key leaders from across the business in planning, evaluation, and goal-setting for key strategic growth initiatives; structure initiative measurement and tracking methodologies to provide visibility to.

As part of the finance integration team, we were responsible for laying the groundwork and developing the vision for the future of the newly merged finance organization. Together, the two companies identified key priorities for integration and defined the path forward. I played two roles 1. a member of the Finance Integration Management Office (FIMO).
