With over 9 years experience in the maintenance industry starting as a Weapons Engineer in the Royal Navy Submarine Service, I have gained valuable transferable skills such as the ability to carry out in depth troubleshooting and fault-finding diagnostics on complex systems and equipment. I have developed into a leadership and management role and currently manage a team of 10 technicians to carry out preventative and corrective maintenance on the Auckland train fleet.
