As a Sr. IT Manager at Goodyear, I have enjoyed a career leading and working with many teams across the globe. I have held numerous roles as individual contributor and leader across many facets of IT including, Server Management, Telecommunications, Applications Support, Data Center Facilities Management, Storage & Backup Management, Project Management, Service Design, Service Management, and Service Transition. I am a strong leader who has succeeded in my career through building the talent and the teams around me, solving complex problems, communicating effectively, making courageous decisions, and delivering results. Recent accomplishments include:-Senior Project Manager, leading the implementation of Office 365 and the email transition of 30,000 global associates from Lotus Notes to Office 365-Lead implementation of conference room technology, managed print, print shop, deskside IT relocation, and in-building cellular at the new Akron Global Headquarters in support of 3,500 associates-Delivering IT services for 10,000+ Goodyear North American associates in alignment with ITILv3 and in cooperation with third party service providers I believe that adhering to a core set of values ensures I commit to working with others in a consistent and ethical manner. The values that guide me include delivering quality, acting with honesty and integrity, encouraging wellness, caring for my community, supporting a team-based culture, and discussing problems openly while solving them as a team.
