Streetworks
Current- Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring high standards of customer service
- Handling incoming communications from street authorities and to ensure response from relevant work streams within UK Power Networks
- Update several different database records as required - including HUB, IMS, Netmaps, ONTrack and Mayrise
- Provide support in relation to customer queries, defect management and reporting
- Manage fines or charges received by UK Power Networks in relation to street works and carry out detailed investigations including discussing issues with contractors, other departments and street authorities
