Streetworks
CurrentResponsibilities include:• Ensuring high standards of customer service• Handling incoming communications from street authorities and to ensure response from relevant work streams within UK Power Networks• Update several different database records as required - including HUB, IMS, Netmaps, ONTrack and Mayrise• Provide support in relation to customer queries, defect management and reporting• Manage fines or charges received by UK Power Networks in relation to street works and carry out detailed investigations including discussing issues with contractors, other departments and street authorities• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, and contractors to ensure street works processes operate effectively and efficiently• Identify any trends developing which need to be communicated to business unit/contractors to help reduce risk of failure in meeting street works requirements• Monitor changing requirements/emphasis of authorities and circulated to line manager/business areas• Assist with development of training material and the presentation of this material to stakeholders• Being knowledgeable of Street Works specifically legislation and associated codes of practice and technical specifications.• Use of SAP for work management or finance process, EToN systems particularly Mayrise
