Supported and attended pre-planned operations and no-notice incidents requiring a coordinated multi-agency response. Delivery of blue light interoperability, resilience and preparedness including the support of Home Office assessments into blue light interoprability. Led the London Fire Brigade response for the 7th July London Bombings inquests. Successfully delivered the LFB's Inter-Agency Liaison Officer (ILO) function during the 2011 London Riots and during the 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games. Assisted in the development of the methodology and contributed to the Local Government report 'Business Continuity Management in the Fire and Rescue Service' (Sept 2010). The report examined how well the FRSs are able to deal with periods of disruptionn to their normal business.
