• Reviewed possible fraudulent auto claims to determine if the claim meets the criteria for handling, analyzed information and routed to appropriate area for resolution. • Conducted background investigations pertinent to the claim including the collection of relevant information from insured/claimant and thoroughly reviewed for relevance to claim investigation to bring the claim to conclusion.
