Operational Technology Division (OTD)Provided strategic leadership to leverage OTD’s expertise and digital evidence capabilities in support of the FBI’s technical and investigative personnel. Program Managed Computer Analysis Response Teams (CART) across the entire US, and 17 Regional Computer Forensics Laboratories (RCFL).Weapons of Mass Destruction Directorate (WMDD)Managed a diverse team responsible for the execution of strategic and operational development involving chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, and explosive (CBRNE) sciences in support of operational and investigative matters for the entire FBI WMD workforce.

Responsible for the investigation of cyber, criminal, Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD), and health care fraud matters. Computer Analysis Response Team (CART), Digital Evidence Extraction Technician (DExT) providing forensic digital evidence acquisition and review. Responsibilities have included evidence collection, interviewing, search/ seizure, arrests, and presentation of facts through testimony in a variety of legal proceedings.

Senior technical lead for the implementation and support of a large-scale data warehouse utilized by the General Motors Corporation. I was the lead Oracle Database Administrator and UNIX Administrator who spearheaded infrastructure design and development. I oversaw daily operations, interfaced with software developers and provided subcontractor technical oversight.
