I work with clients who are in the market to buy, sell, rent or invest in Real Estate. I study the MLS for property listings, interview prospective clients, set up showings and accompany clients on property tours, discuss conditions of sale, and draw up and negotiate real estate contracts.

As Leasing Director, my responsibilities included marketing and leasing over 500 apartment units in downtown Indianapolis. I sent out monthly renewal notice letters to tenants, while maintaining a 60% renewal retention rate. Occupancy never dipped below 95% during my employment. Daily responsibilities included responding to email and phone messages, setting up appointments, training leasing agents, responding to rental verification requests, maintaining relationships with vendors and ensuring that residents were satisfied with their living situation.
