I realize that patients with vascular and venous disease can be challenging to care for due to the multi-factorial and longitudinal aspects of their disease process. I believe that every patient requires an individualized and patient-centered approach to their management—not every vascular problem requires a surgical intervention. Through a diligent and well-informed process of shared decision making and patient education, our patients at the Greenbrier Clinic are able to balance the risks and potential benefits of the various medical, endovascular and open surgical options that may be available for their particular disease process. We take pride in helping our patients arrive at a plan of treatment that fits their short and long term goals.I am able to combine the knowledge and skills of a practicing Vascular and Endovascular surgeon with my passion for the medical and non-surgical management of vascular disorders. From early referral to optimize disease management and initiate appropriate surveillance, to post-operative care and follow up, I am able to offer the community a local resource for Vascular care. If a patient requires surgical treatment, I am also able to help coordinate the optimal referral via my regional and national network of outstanding colleagues.
