My professional experience consists of 6 years of management consulting at Roland Berger and 9 years of full P&L responsibility in the manufacturing industry at BAUMANN, a leading manufacturer of metal springs and stamping parts. At BAUMANN, my team and I built up a business unit to become the global #1 in a specific niche. Later, I joined the BAUMANN group management and led one of the divisions with roughly 200 employees. I completed my engineering degree at EPFL in Lausanne and at the Indian Institute of Technology in Delhi. Before and during my engineering studies, I completed various temporary assignments in high-tech companies, covering semiconductors, diagnostics and medical technology. Later, I complemented my technical background with an MBA at INSEAD in Singapore and France.
