Founded and adapted to the European market the business model of a chain of luxury boutique hotels based in Miami, Florida, geared to Ultra-High-Net-Worth-Individuals (UHNWI). I started the Marbella operation and then continued to Saint-Tropez and Courchevel. As Manager of the company, my main duties were:- Produce a market research study to determine the viability of the proposed new business model- Identify potential candidate luxury boutique hotels suitable to fit in the strategy and negotiate the rental and investment agreements with owners with the support of Spanish lawyers Gómez-Acebo & Pombo in Málaga- Prepare a business plan and establish a calendar of milestones for the opening of the boutique hotels in coordination with Miami headquarters- Coordinate with Miami headquarters the management of UHNWI clients as well as open new European client bases with entities focused on UHNWI such as Quintessentially, Luxury Retreats or American Express Centurion in London- Interview and recruit the complete local team (more than 40 individuals in high season)- Operate and manage all luxury boutique hotels in Marbella as Director and main client contactEnded my professional career at Villazo providing key support in the creation of the Saint-Tropez franchise, once the Marbella business model proved to be viable.

Worked in coordination with the Director of the hotel in all areas related to the management of the premises, such as team organisation, client management and financial accounting and reporting, amongst other.

Trainee while studying Tourism and Hotel Management in this landmark five-star hotel of the Ritz-Carlton Luxury Collection in Barcelona. Working mainly in the Reception Desk, I was responsible for guest check-in and check-out procedures, daily revenue review, occupancy rates on a daily and monthly basis, client management and ensure quality and service standards were being met.

Work in the Reception and Booking department of this five-star Grand Lux hotel in Madrid. I worked as a Reception operator and manager of bookings for the Executive Floor. Performed control procedures, check-in and check-outs for clients, daily revenue input, occupancy rates, cleaning services team management and management of the exclusive dinning restaurant for this Executive Floor.

Started originally as a flight-attendant in this new transatlantic Spanish airline between the Americas (North and South) and Spain. I was promoted to Head Flight Attendant at the age of 18, being the youngest in Europe at the time. Lived long periods both in Buenos Aires, Argentina and New York City, U.S.A. in addition to the base in Madrid, Spain.
