I began training and learned the construction trade by age of 16 under a successful master electrician; then in 1999 I inherited, owned, marketed and operated my own professional licensed construction company. For 20 years I also operated a second generation company. I have been a laborer for the fore mentioned, as well as possess a master builders' license, allowing me to operate an established, successful, multi-faceted company. From 2011-2013, I have been a contractor for a similar company moving and setting homes; have completed multiple additions, disaster restorations, commercial custom builds, and more. Some of my credentials are as follows: Master Residential Builder; Architectural Designer for all types of Renovation and Restoration of structures, foundations, as well as Interior Designing. With well over 20 years of direct experience in the construction industry, I acquired the ability to market and sign a project from the initial meeting; design, contract, project leadership, meet all legal required city and state level inspections. I have the business objectives and professional mannerisms to interface with city building officials, show and break down any job completion, as well as follow up. On-site project designs, walking through the clientele ideals and signing contracts with them while on a job site or during a preferred meeting location.
