Worked inside sales at Elmira branch dealing with customers, cold calling, customer reacquisition, ordering shipments and dealing with vendors. Also assisted in setting up and maintaining numerous VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory) systems.Managed VMI system for over 30 clients at largest branch in Canada at the time (Cambridge), for a 3 week period to fill a vacant position.Created direct mail marketing campaign in Elmira that increased branch sales by 3% per month.
