I trained US Custom and Border Protection officers, Border Patrol agents, Terrorist Screening Center employees, FBI agents, and FAA employees on computer applications specific to their needs. I also designed, produced, and published many different varieties of training documents.Traveled to many different land border ports and Border Patrol Checkpoints to conduct training on specific applications used by Customs and Border Protection Officers and Border Patrol Agents. Contacted Port Directors and Officers to arrange for selected officers to come to Virginia for training on the various applications.

Apply skills as Instructional Designer and Trainer for the U.S. Customs and Border Protection Division of the Department of Homeland Security. Work with Government client to develop training schedules, design, and deliver training on various Customs and Border Protection programs. Travel to many different land border ports and Border Patrol Checkpoints to conduct training on specific applications used by Customs and Border Protection Officers and Border Patrol Agents. Contact Port Directors and Officers to arrange for selected officers to come to Virginia for training on the various applications. Undergo a very extensive background investigation for employment to this program. • Have worked closely with over 200 Land Border, Air, and Sea Ports to arrange for officers to be trained in specific U.S. Customs and Border Protection applications.• Instrumental in the training of over 4000 U.S. Customs and Border Protection Officers.

Incorporate expertise and knowledge of Composite Health Care System (CHCS I and II) in developing and facilitating training on Provider Graphical User Interface (PGUI) system in Military Treatment Facility setting. Conduct CHCS II Site Surveys. Assist in trouble-shooting, correcting problems and reporting problems to next level. Report weekly and monthly trainer status to management and to client. • Chosen by U.S. Air Force as one of nine trainers to implement PGUI at U.S. Air Force Medical Facilities worldwide and to return to several medical treatment facilities to conduct reinforcement training to increase usage of PGUI.• Trained over 2,500 Physicians, Nurses, Technicians, and Facility Systems personnel on use of PGUI in formal and informal settings.
