Manage and lead teams with expectations and adequate goals to provide exceedingly better results on a day to day basis

Currently manage any where from 25-40 people on a regular basis. At this time I run six cities across the downriver area of Michigan. My job is to ensure quality/efficient service to all the residents in my areas.Other duties;•Perform weekly safety meetings •Status reports from city administrators •Weekly Operations meetings with District Manager and other supervisors•Filling out necessary paperwork(tracking hours, routes covered, production reports)•On-site behavioral analysis reports(OBA)

Serviced residential routes. Exceeding productivity standards set by supervisors. Proper pre- and post trip inspection. Participated in daily safety huddles, weekly safety briefings
