Managing day to day issues from customers and working with the cross functional internal SRX teams to resolve issues swiftly, effectively and minimising production interruptions.Managing the financials, ensuring invoicing, price variance, excess material and other related costs are under control. Making sure the customer is kept up to date with all aspects of their financial responsibilities. Co-ordinating with the overseas supply chain teams in Malaysia & Singapore for on time material delivery.Working together with the production managers to ensure orders are delivered on time, in full and to the customers exacting quality specifications.

The aim of the project was to reduce build hours by approximately 50% by stream lining processes, defining a standardised process across 3 manufacturing sites & providing the tools and process to reach the targets.Redesign of factory layouts from static slot builds to moving flow lines whist minimising build hours, maintaining the highest safety & quality standards.Introduction of higher standards of 5S to improve productivity & all round safety within the plant.Creation of a single defined sequence of bus builds for all manufacturing facilities.
