Mr Williams was the Program Manager for the Traumatic Brain Injury Center, Landstuhl Regional Medical Center, Germany. He established a Category 1 TBI Center to facilitate the treatment and rehabilitation of mild to moderate TBI patients. He managed a yearly $2.8M budget encompassing the Traumatic Brain Injury Program throughout the Landstuhl Region. He coordinated startegic planning, financial, property/supply, personnel and facilities management for the TBI Program. He ensured a multi-disciplinary team of 13 providers and 18 medical support staff collaborates in a geographically dispersed work environment to serve our wounded warriors with Traumatic Brain Injuries. Collaborated with the Defense Veterans Brain Injury Center (DVBIC) and Medical Research and Material Command.
