Application Supervisor
CurrentEnsure that customer expectations are met through direct supervision of employees. Oversee field operation and maintain work quality of all accounts; ensure operations performed by employees are done in a safe and concise manner, including but not limited to operating equipment and vehicles. Covers accounts due to absenteeism. Inspect activities of employees, identify and provide/oversee training and retraining as needed. Maintain employee morale, investigate and resolve issues promptly and fairly in accordance with established policies. Ensure workforce labor is utilized effectively.
