Mr. Wilson supports a myriad of PMO managed programs for the Air National Guard (ANG) on matters relating to implementation of Air Force directed network boundary and security service products, and various program managed C3I programs. This includes, but is not limited to, having a full understanding of current Air Force Network (AFNET) projects, the ANG network and operations, and the future plans of integrating the Air Force networks under a managed services umbrella. He works as a liaison between the ANG, AFNET and contracted PMO to the customer site, facilitating the communications and coordination between both on AFNET directives and customer site requests. Mr. Wilson engages as an individual and within teams to perform operational evaluations and problem resolution of multiple enterprise IT systems. Working as a liason between AFNET, PMO, ANG, and various vendors to implement PMO directives, TO/TCO, DISA StiGs, and policies for security assessments for these systems, project upgrades, systems enhancements. Mr. Wilson ensures all assigned resposibilies remain on schedule and within planned scope and keeping the customer, my supervisor, and PMO office informed of all developments, potential issues, concerns and progress. Mr. Wilson strives to add value to the project and accomplishments in this include increasing the communications between various agencies and many groups within. He has also been able to open more direct communications through constant information sharing and by proactively interfacing with leadership and PMO offices. Mr. Wilson is familiar with tools such as CommVaults Simpana suite, McAfee’s e-Policy Orchestrator (HBSS), Tenable’s Security Center and Nessus, EMC’s Smarts products, SolarWinds, VMWare VSphere 4.1, NetApp, McAfee Sidewinder firewalls, Bluecoat proxies, Voice Protection Suite, and BMCs Remedy. These tools and Mr. Wilson’s skills help manage a worldwide network with over 100 primary sites.

Senior Systems Engineer, Site lead - McConnell AFB, KSMr. Wilson manages the ANG Enterprise Information Technology Service Management (EITSM) platform that supports automating and managing enterprise Service Management business processes. He ensures reliability and stability of the mission support and workflow while supporting the Wilsons 2008, VMware hosting platform. Support Apache Tomcat and Microsoft IIS web environment and Mr. Wilson is the EITSM SQL DBA representative to ensure optimized and performance based execution of all processes. Mr. Wilson provide project leadership guidance and reports for the PMRs, compliance audits, and PMO activities. Mr. Wilson works with ANG A6 leadership, vendors, ANG wing leadership, and AFNET stakeholders to support the growth and deployment of system enhancements and deployment. Mr. Wilson provides ad hoc reports and provides business activity monitoring functionality to proactively measure business process performance. Providing direct support to over 130 individual customer sites, NGB leadership and partner organizations in a high-tempo volatile enterprise environment to provide value and efficient technical solutions. Mr. Wilson is the ANG Enterprise Information Technology Service Management (EITSM) IA SME in support of vulnerability mitigations and C&A certification and Accreditation actions and activities.

Information Assurance Engineer – Certification and Accreditations (C&A)Mr. Wilson is an Information Assurance Engineer with Quantum Dynamics Corporation in support of the Air National Guard (ANG) Certification and Accreditation mission. Mr. Wilson coordinates and oversees a myriad number of tasks to ensure timely, complete, accurate submissions of many ANG enclaves C&A package submissions to achieve approved Authorization to Operate (ATO) and accepted Authority to Connect (ATC) within the ANG Enterprise and the AFGIG for assigned Wings. Mr. Wilson managed the Certification and Accreditation (C&A) process for 47 separate sites including both non-classified and classified networks, multiple PMO systems, and 4 top secret networks and systems. This was in support of ensuring the security of systems and networks connecting to the Air Force Global Information Grid (AF GIG). The primary responsibilities include developing, implementing, and managing the C&A process for ANG Systems and Enclaves. He successfully built relationships between a variety of organizations to get accreditation on systems and networks effectively with efficacy. He developed SOPs for the entire team to standardize the processes Mr. Wilson also identified ways to improve the methods, processes, and procedures to ensure improved acceptance times and reduce resubmission events. He works directly with ANG Units/GSU’s, Program Managers, IT Advisors, and Information Assurance Managers, leadership, vendors and contractors to ensure all assigned systems, PITs and enclaves to manage the ANG Enterprise C&A program. Mr Wilson was often selected to undertake challenging tasks or projects that required new processes and procedures created to support complex systems and engineering solutions.
