Reporting to the Project Manager, responsible for the design and manufacture of high pressure valve andpiping manifolds for installation to offshore drilling platforms, for both new builds and refurbishmentprojects.Work included design and project based documentation, collaborating with clients, suppliers, independent3rd party authorities, through to coordinating and consulting with the various disciplines; involved fromcontract award through to completion, ensuring work was delivered to scope, to a high quality standard,on schedule, whilst driving for maximised profit.Gained a high understanding of industry standards specific to pressure testing of valves and pipingsystems, good understanding of a wide range of products including pressure vessels, valve components,control systems and structural support frames. Developed engineering knowledge and motivation forcontinued learning. Multi-tasking and difficult scheduling has improved organisational capabilities anddevelop professional communication skills.
