This positions entailed supporting customers both remotely and on-site. I was responsible for customers based both in the UK and abroad including Sweden and the UAE. Specific tasks included 1. Diagnosing and fixing hardware, software and configuration issues.2. Maintaining customer relations by attending monthly service review meetings.3. Maintaining site documentation to ensure other engineers understanding of system configuration.4. Maintaining an internal record of fault progress and/or resolution. 5. Adhering to contractual SLAs and, where reasonable, exceeding them.6. Managing 3rd party engagement, where needed, for fault resolution.
