I am best described as a Project or Relationship Manager operating within the Banking and Financial Services sector. My niche expertise surrounds KYC, Customer Remediation, Risk and Compliance. My reputation was first established in Natwest as a senior Relationship Manager, before moving to RBS during the time of the intended Williams & Glynn carve out, where I operated as Relationship Director. Success here led to a well earned break before joining the Financial Ombudsman Service as an Adjudicator on a short term basis ahead of being appointed back into RBS as a Complaints Assessor focused on remediation and compliance.I am now looking to further develop my career and open to conversation. david.wishart@sky.com
