• Supervise and lead a team of up to 37 FTEs to ensure the receipt and dispatch of both perishable and non-perishable inventory with a high level of accuracy for both DIFOT and Quality Assurance.
• Maintain correct inventory levels of the warehouse with timely and accurate transactions.
• Ensure staff compliance to all HACCP and safety procedures and attend to the recording and follow up investigation of all breaches/incidents.
• Conduct regular GMP audits of all sections of the facility.Achievements
• Successfully ensured inventory was consistently maintained at and above 90% accuracy for past five years. This was achieved through a strong focus on ongoing stocktakes, scheduled cycle counting, random checking.
• Zero Quality Assurance breaches recorded for the last 2 years.

• General duties as required from cleaning to delivery of requirements to aircraft via a high lift delivery truck, fork lift operation, to working on the Bond store with the duty free products.
• Accurate Receivals of general stores and under bond goods.
• Working within a highly secure Bond store area under Customs control.
• Communicate directly with customers regarding the management of individual airlines stores and keep stock accuracy to 100%.Achievements
