An experienced team co-ordinated worker with nearly 10 years experience of working in Retail, Bar and Warehousing environments as a natural communicator and the ability to meet personal and team targets. I prefer to be driven by meeting targets and deadlines as I work best under pressure as demonstrated in Asda Warehouse. As I have worked in many different sectors I have became very adaptable to new surroundings. I currently work for Echo-U as a team leader in the customer service industry of a fast paced call centre. I have completed an NAC training course where I developed my hand skills for the Manufacturing Industry where I learned and implemented in my work experience the 5S principles, Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing.Having worked across customer service for several years I feel I would be a valuable asset to any team. I have a wealth of experience when it comes to providing first class service and resolving any queries or issues that might arise with customers.I also have a consistent track record for meeting targets. During my time at Echo-U I dealt with customers by phone and email. My number one priority was always the client, and I worked to resolve any issues they might have. I was promoted to become a team leader within the company after 6 months due to my hard work and dedication. I have been working there as a team leader for nearly 2 years and have had great success in driving performance.Above all, I love working with people. I’m friendly, sales driven and enjoy developing great rapport with everyone I interact with.
