• Installing, maintaining and repairing all electronic equipment onboard 6th DP-3 MODU• Responsible for keeping equipment failure to a minimum without accruing company downtime• Participating in development of new employees• Ensure all safe and efficient operations of equipment• Maintained and inspected equipment to comply with Preventive Maintenance policiesI have a working knowledge of Variable Frequency Drives, fiber optic maintenance and installation, analog/ digital inputs and outputs,. power management systems, Dynamic Positioning systems and NOV drilling applications and controls. For the past 3.5 years. I have been working offshore on the Noble Jim Day as a Senior Electronics Technicial. This involved troubleshooting and repairing NOV equipment, and GE equipment. I worked under Shell’s 12 lifesaving rules, and Noble’s Job safety analysis, work permit, and lock out tag-out policies. I also have HUET Training, a TWIC card, Personal Survival Techniques and other certifications available upon request.
