1). Responsible for setup and complete quoting system, review quotation; 2). Responsible for new product development, solve problems following ramp up, Review KPI data, such as: EBIT for projects, OEE, scrap rate following mass production, OEE, Scrap rate, down time, inventory level etc; 3). According to IATF-16949 system, complete management process for different processes such as: incoming inspection, customer complaint, new product Development, traceability tracking, delivery process etc;4). Responsible for product delivery, equipment capacity analysis regularly, find solution to use machine resource and human resource more reasonable;5). Take care of customer complain togethe, and internal quality issues, regularly review quality targets, make sure good quality, in charge of Internal audit, customer audit and 3rd party audit;6). Responsible for capital and TMO planning and approval, make sure early cost recover;7). Assist BD for new customer development;8). Control expense during manufacturing, such as: auxiliary material, raw material, Equipment, tooling etc;9). Participate in strategic customer development, and participate in company Development strategy establishment;10). Review KPI data during manufacturing and tack corrective actions, for example: OEE, scrap rate, equipment utilization etc…;11). Review regularly on warehouse material list, reduce stock for raw material, WIP and finish goods, pushing and leading standardization work to reduce stocking for backup components for equipment, tooling, jigs etc…; 12). Reduce logistic cost, include: freight cost, package cost, improve on 1 pcs flow; 13). Monthly review operation data and take urgent actions, such as: Revenue, sales Value, EBIT, Net income etc…

Establish and update engineering standards and procedures, such as:Mold design handbook, mold inspection standard, de-gate process Guideline, CNC machining fixture design guideline, dubrring engineeringStandard, design review checklist, quotation process; 2. Establish and update engineering management tools,such as: quotationsatasheet, mold Resume, RFQ tracking list, ECN process sheet;3. Set up and update rules and policy internally engineering departmentsuch as: information share regulation, conflict resolution mechanism,engineering decision approval process, problem escalation channel etc;4.Set up KPI objective together with management for engineering dept.and engineers;5. Establish annual training plan and follow up implementation;6. Supervise daily work and correct if needed, include: Quotation, design review, mold,fixture design and follow up manufacturing;7. New project feasibility study and risk control, define action plans forrisks identified;8. Solve engineering problems encountered in new product development as well as in mass production;9. New technology development, like: squeeze pin to solve porosity, Automatic deburring by robot etc.
