Subordinates: 13 people. Responsible for the daily management of lighting section and testing of lab. According to 17025 System, setting up the lab’s quality system, draft the process procedure paper, make requirements for using equipments and process for test. Make the training plan and carry the stage training for new and old staffs. Verify and give an approval for Project Engineer’s case and test report. Provide technical support to marketing colleagues or customers. Audit customer’s lab.
