As an engineer of Huawei Technologies, I have worked on research and testbed development on cooperative MIMO communications, interference alignment as well as machine to machine networks. I have been involved in Huawei's standardization activities in WLAN since 2010. I was the secretary of IEEE802.11ac (the next generation standard for WLAN in 5GHz) in May 2011-May 2014 and PHY ad hoc chair of IEEE802.11ah from Mar 2012. I have been the MU ad hoc chair of IEEE802.11ax since Jan 2017. I am now leading a team working on the standard of IEEE802.11 and Wi-Fi algorithms.
