CRM Project for FMCG Industry1. Responsible for business requirements CRM related (organize meeting and send out meeting minus) 2. Manage and responsible all CRM IT activities in timeline including Requirement & Design, Build, SIT, UAT, Cut over and go live3. Support L'Oréal PM to manage budge and risks4. Responsible for transferring requirements to IT development team and estimate IT solutions5. Provide training and support for end users to finish UAT

Dow Chemical Project1. Work with mentor to do business analysis, identify partners’ key requirements and define implementation plan and development plan.2. Provide related Functional Design, work on As-is/To-be for SAP EH&S module.3. Provide the enhancement of Functional Design for expert rule.4. Work on system build, configuration implementation, prepare testing scenarios and cases, cover the logic testing of SAP system.5. Do data analysis including data cleaning, convert data format (split multiple values to single value), cooperate with data team to upload data into SAP system.6. Provide user training and support for UAT.7. Go live support, monitor defects, and fix issues.-Tools used: SAP EH&S, EXCEL, Microsoft Visio, IUCLID, PPT.
