Donghyun David Yi is a 26-year veteran of the Real Estate capital markets and related industry. He joined the Investment Brokerage Group of Weichert Commercial Brokerage as Senior Vice President in year of 2011. His focus is on institutional as well as private capital markets transactions. Throughout his career, he has successfully completed equity, debt and structured transactions on office, hospitality and retail properties. He has created financial restructuring of several developer portfolios, which incorporated institutional joint venture participation. Additionally, he has represented private investors in the acquisition of non-performing first mortgages that were later converted to equity.Prior to joining the Principal/Partners at G.R.E.D. & Investment Corporation, he is responsible for overseeing the operations of the corporation in United States and South Korea. Additionally, focus includes strategic planning, new business development and customer relations. Over the experiences, he has proven to be an integral part of commercial real estate industry and brings to this position a vast background in every facet of commercial real estate and advisory services including site acquisition.
