Working as a performance management and data specialist for the customer service department of "flydubai" an airline based in Dubai U.A.E.This involved monitoring the amount of work load and its content coming into the department across all written channels, social media and traditional, ensuring that SLA response times were maintained.I implemented processes that allocated the team members their daily workload and tracked the productivity of the individual staff, teams and department as a whole.Using salesforce I designed numerous departmental dashboards for the management, team supervisors and individual teams. These provided the teams with a snapshot of information relevant to them on a daily basis. They also identified and alerted management and supervisors in real time to any urgent issues affecting the department, and provided them with performance statistics and analysis of members of their team. I also compiled and generated reports and built dashboards relating to customer services for department heads, senior managers and company stakeholders, tailoring them to their specific needs.As part of my other duties I oversaw work force management of the department, this included the planning of the monthly roster for a team of 40+ staff, the authorisation and recording of leave allocation, sickness levels and weekly days off to ensure the smooth running of 24/7 hour operation whilst adhering to the company guidelines. I also revised the staff incentive scheme, simplifying it to the team so they understood the process. Making targets more achievable by adding factors such as quality and variation, encouraging a higher standard of work as opposed to focusing mainly on output.
