My name is David Zelaya, and I am currently enrolled as a student at Thurgood Marshall, a small yet esteemed high school in San Francisco. As the son of Honduran immigrants, I have long been driven by the desire to enhance my family's quality of life through my personal growth and development. Encouraged by my father's words, "You must surpass both me and your mother," I have embarked on a journey in the realms of technology and business.To further my aspirations, I have actively engaged in various ventures within the tech industry. I have participated in Goat23, an entrepreneur bootcamp, and gained valuable experience through my involvement with Mission Bit, a coding bootcamp. These experiences have significantly broadened my understanding of technology. I chose this field for its contemporary nature and the promising remuneration it offers, which would enable me to adequately provide for my family's needs. The significance of this lies in my desire to become a role model for my siblings, instilling in them the ambition to follow in my footsteps.
