Review proposals, contracts, regulatory, program and customer requirements ensuring early quality involvement in program development. Assure program, contract, customer, regulatory requirements, international standards and working agreements are deployed. Identify root cause of problems. Participate with stakeholders to develop potential preventive or corrective actions and implementation. Use statistical methods and quality tools to continuously improve process capability. Conduct quality source selection and process reviews of suppliers' ability to meet program quality requirements and support business decisions. Conduct hardware, software and system level audits to determine compliance with quality management system standards, configuration assurance, related business, regulatory and customer requirements. Analyze data to provide material review dispositions for nonconforming materials, parts and equipment.

My primary responsibility is to provide support to develop recommended dispositions for aircraft structures/systems damage repairs as reported through the depot maintenance process & field level statement of work requests. I also investigate and solve aircraft structures/systems problems identified during depot maintenance and field inspections with a primary focus on engines, power systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and fuels on the E-3 Airborne Warning and Control System (AWACS) aircraft.

* Responsible for the administration of 80 students daily across 12 Fleet Replacement Squadron (FRS) pipelines. * Course Manager over 26 Instructors teaching aircrew-specific curriculum classroom and in-flight training courses for an average daily load of 80 new Officer and Enlisted Navy accessions. * Instructor/flight examiner; provide instruction, evaluation and examination on ground and operational training flights to develop and upgrade skills of aircrew members. * Perform standardization, currency, instrument, proficiency, tactical, emergency and special tasks evaluation flights. * Ensure aircrew training instruction is adequately covered in terms of course content, coverage, and scope of material presented. * Provide training on in-flight planning and aircrew coordination responsibilities. * Administer evaluation and determine examinees proficiency to perform duties as a crew member. * Responsible for courseware review and update of all computer-based training lessons

* Served as a dedicated inspector and conducted face-to-face briefings with appropriate supervisors. * Performed scheduled and unscheduled audits on all locally managed programs. * Performed initial inspections of all equipment, coordinated with the customer to determine requirements, maintenance priorities and performed internal quality control. * Utilized comprehensive knowledge of functional relationships among components and subsystems, and test and measurement techniques in planning and developing quality systems for the facility. *Applied knowledge of operating practices and procedures related to the rework processing of aircraft systems, equipment and components to verify by work document review, materials and procedure checks, and onsite surveillance, making certain that quality requirements have been met. *Inspected technical files maintained within the shop for condition, completeness, and accuracy. * Skillfully performed loading, rigging, and in-flight duties on eight MH-53E helicopters. * Managed and maintained the training and administration of the command’s Naval Air Training Operating Procedures (NATOPS) program for 32 pilots and 38 aircrewmen. * Trained/qualified -Functional Check Flight Crew Chiefs, Quality Assurance Representatives, Plane Captains, Auxiliary Power Plant Operators and Blade/pylon-fold Operations, and Enlisted Aviation Warfare Specialists.
