I have had lean training and on the job lean manufacturing experience in applying lean principles and tools to manufacturing processes. As a quality technician, I have had experience with root cause analysis, experiences reading CAD drawings and working with product specifications and tolerances, and I was a member of a Quality Council. As a production lead, I have experience leading six team members. I have experience in leading daily safety briefings, morning stretching meetings as well as writing performance reviews and conducting continuous improvement meetings. I have experience with an ERP system called IFS, and I have worked with other query based programs such as Microsoft Access. Other programs I am familiar and proficient in include Microsoft Office, Word, Powerpoint, Excel and limited experience in CAD and Solid Works. I have also gained valuable experience in procurement and customer service.
