From my entry position of Tier 1 Standard Support Analyst, I have moved through the levels of support to a position of a Tier 2 Premier Support Analyst. I currently hold the position of Associate Trainer for the Salesforce.com application.As the Associate Trainer for the Salesforce.com CRM application with Stream Global Services. I provide instructor led training to new hires who will provide technical support for the application in an administrator and developer role. I also ensure that our tenured agents are up-skilled in the new features of the Salesforce.com platform during each major release. I currently hold the Salesforce.com Certified Administrator, Advanced Administrator and the Force.com Certified Developer certifications.

From my entry position of Tier 1 Standard Support Analyst, I moved through the levels of support to a position of a Tier 2 Premier Support Analyst. This position entailed supporting premium Salesforce.com customers globally in and Administrator/Consultancy role and ensuring that each interaction with our customers was handled with professionalism and courtesy in order to generate a positive customer experience.

While working as a Data Network engineer, I gained valuable experience of the networking industry. This involved the implementation of networks at the physical layer using a variety of network media ranging from twisted pair cabling (STP/UTP) to fiber optics. This experience has served as a platform to continue my education in the networks industry where I have achieved the CCENT and CCNA certifications with Cisco Systems which are currently valid through April 2015. I am also currently studying to undertake the CCNP certification track

In my early career I worked as a Duty Manager in the fitness industry where I was in charge of a group of fitness trainers and entrusted with ensuring the day to day operations of the gym facility. I also worked as a Personal Trainer with a portfolio of clients each with variety of personal goals. I would provide each client with their personalized exercise plan along with a nutrition guide aimed at ensuring their personal goals were achieved and maintained.
