Started using twenty-odd years of industry experience to help customers reduce cost and improve service levels. Mainly these days the focus is reducing cost of international courier and freight shipping.

Used experience gained elsewhere to improve the performance of some of the group's fulfilment centres and bulk transport operations. Missed dealing directly with customers and the roller-coaster of third-party logistics.

During this time I built upon my sales and operations experience and developed skills in the implementation of new contracts and operations for some big name brands mainly in the food an drinks sector. Looking after customers was again to the fore.

Started as a management Trainee in the Commercial department and progressed through the Operations Department into Sales where I developed a passion for delighting customers.
