Test Integration Engineer with a background in Neuroscience and Biomedical Research. I have a passion for improving people's lives with innovative technology.As a Quality Engineer at Whisper.ai I helped develop and launch a new kind of wireless hearing aid. I am proud of the incredible team and that we were able to develop and take this new product to market in a relatively short amount of time.As a post-doctoral researcher at UC Berkeley and the Howard Hughes Medical Institute, and I used molecular, genomic, and imaging approaches to study the differentiation of human and mouse embryonic stem cells. I led a project to understand how transcriptional regulation drives development into excitable cells such as neurons and myofibroblasts, training and supervising UC Berkeley Undergraduate Researchers in the process. I completed a PhD in Neuroscience at UC San Francisco where I drove and contributed to a number of team-based fundamental research projects leading to several publications. In addition to research I also had the honor of being on the winning team of the UCSF Life Sciences Business Plan Competition.
