I am currently leading the Client Service and Solutions function of Talent Solutions (ManpowerGroup) focused on the spectrum of RPO services; Agile Project RPO Solutions; a modular RPO solution to partner with organisations of all sizes facing challenges in their talent acquisition strategy; Recruiter-on-Demand and; End-to-End Fully Outsourced RPO Solutions. This includes a bespoke range of services to Build, Buy, Borrow or Bridge in order to ensure that our clients do not face business hurdles through not having the right people in their businesses when they need them most.Responsible for driving new business and co-ordinating the operational delivery of large and medium volume projects across RPO, Permanent Project and Temporary Project solutions by 'doing different' and utilising the experience and capabilities of the ManpowerGroup business to ensure client satisfaction.Before joining the ManpowerGroup following the acquisition of my own business, I worked as the Director and Founder of Triple Seven. In December 2013, Experis acquired a majority share in Triple Seven as part of a international partnership programme to fuel the expansion of both businesses.
