Company’s first integrated system eliminated waste, errors and deadline penalty fees by $3M annually.• Co-ordinated tool upgrades across teams (Marketing, Graphic Design, Store Design, Fixture Design) including floor planning systems, Adobe suites, Solidworks/EPDM and Mac OS upgrades• Supported design tools such as Xinet, Documentum and Adobe suites.
