• Developed a team that grew to 5 people that contributed an average of $2M in annual savings through implementing efficiencies in existing tools, implementing new tools and sharing knowledge across teams.• Implemented improvements in business workflows through capturing current workflows, reviewing preferred state and implementing a mix of people workflow change and Sharepoint workflow and forms to improve transparency and tracking• Unified Macintosh support to include users in the US, Canada, Mexico and China, primarily for Design and .Com teams. Eliminated the need of duplicate management systems in multiple countries, saving the company ~$1M in infrastructure and licensing costs.• Created Design team tools integration map to highlight how all the tools integrated with each other and core systems such as Sharepoint.• Reduced the tool “hairball” by eliminating complexity of multiple operating systems and multiple tools of similar capability.• Implemented and supported floorplanning system that drives ~$40B in revenue and manages ~$1B in inventory with integration to planogramming and inventory replenishment systems. • Developed and implemented data tracking system used to manage ~150+ construction projects annually and related site-specific data. Company’s first integrated system eliminated waste, errors and deadline penalty fees by $3M annually.• Co-ordinated tool upgrades across teams (Marketing, Graphic Design, Store Design, Fixture Design) including floor planning systems, Adobe suites, Solidworks/EPDM and Mac OS upgrades• Supported design tools such as Xinet, Documentum and Adobe suites.
