BT Local Business is a network of independent BT businesses across the UK, bringing products, services, expertise, and local understanding directly to your doorstep.During my time at BT I was responsible for processing all orders from the sales team. Uploading each customer order onto the BT Oneview database to be handled by Openreach Engineers. Other responsibilities included:- Contacting customers to verify their order- Answering customer calls and dealing with any queries- Checking customer orders for accuracy & correct paper work

Management Learning & Coaching are a management training consultancy. My role within the admin department included preparation of event materials, database entry and maintenance and coordination of consultant diaries. I also attended company seminars and events when required.
