CurrentService Supervisor responsible for 24 hour call center. 12 Service Coordinators, 2 Special Events Coordinators and 4 Building Inspectors.Customer Service Satisfaction is first priority.Member of the Superintendent's Leadership Management TeamOver see the distribution and tracking and security of over 100K keys and locks for the Senate Office Buildings and related properties, monitoring building life safety systems and elevator systems, maintain authorization access lists for each Senate Office and Support Office, assist clients with building maintenance and mechanical needs.Acts as Senate Move Coordinator after elections.Directs and coordinates the Attic Locker Move process after election office moves.Member of the Superintendent's Sustainability TeamMember of the Architect of the Capitol Strategic Planning Group for Extraordinary ServiceWriter/Producer of the Superintendent's Weekly NewsletterAdministrator for all phones under the AOC Senate jurisidiction Prox Card Security Manager for the Senate Superintendent's OfficeFleet Manager
