County commissioners make up the general administrative body for county government in Ohio. The Ross County Board of Commissioners consist of three elected commissioners who together hold authority for government budgeting, appropriating, and title holding authority to county owned real estate.

Leader of Key Accounts & Business Development Department, which includes business management and customer service to all industrial & commercial sector customers, as well as economic development efforts across parts of 24 counties in Ohio. This department includes a team of Key Account Representatives, and is led by the Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager leads and execute business development strategy by: -Identifying strategic real estate opportunities with capacity to serve electric power clients for development activities to promote economic growth within service territory.-Partner with community leaders and economic development practitioners to promote key development sites within South Central service territory and serve as economic development liaison to those communities. -Lead team of Key Account Representatives to support and promote growth with existing key accounts and provide quality Business, Retention, Expansion practices. -Lead market awareness strategies within territory and serve as community stakeholder across service territory communities.
