CurrentReporting to the Managing Director, the Group Marketing and Business Development senior executive role at Stair Lock is responsible for leading the marketing and national sales strategy of the business. Key responsibilities of the Group Marketing and Business Development Manager role include expanding market share and ensuring profitability through increased revenue growth, achieved through a national marketing strategy for brand management and a national sales plan that focuses on customer engagement and revenue growth in the national residential new home construction sector and establishing plans for other profitable products and new markets.This Group Marketing and Business Development Manager position is an integral part of the Stair Lock leadership team working closely with all senior executives to support marketing strategies across all business areas and is directly responsible for leading the sales team.The vision to be delivered through the Group Sales and Marketing Manager position is to ensure Stair Lock is the provider of choice for our valued customers and a model of excellence for our industry in Australia.
