- Conducting risk assessments and implementing risk management plans to minimize security riskswhile ensuring compliance with industrial standards and regulations such as ISO 27001, NIST, and CIS Controls.- Collating and reviewing documentation for Authorization To Operate (ATO) package submission on Enterprise Mission Support Service (eMASS).-Ensures the day-to-day implementation, oversight, continuous monitoring, and maintenance of the security configuration, practices, and procedures for each Information System (IS)-Post ATO support - Providing user account management i.e. new and existing user brief, user account creation assessment, user access / privilege control monitoring. -Ensures that system security documentation is developed, maintained, reviewed, and updated on a continuous basis.- Responding to reported security vulnerabilities or performing incident response tasks as needed in accordance to stipulated guidelines.-Collaborating with stakeholder i.e. Program engineers, system administrators, industrial security, and physical security personnel to plan out systems from the scratch to achieve ATO package submission readiness of classified infrastructure and documents.-Reviewing the information system security posture of classified infrastructure to ensure proper hardening by performs required IS vulnerability scans according to risk assessment parameters-Utilizing DISA STIG/SCAP to conform with information system hardening regulations.-Reviewing of DLP, SEIM, Logs and other security-relevant tools (SPLUNK - IVANTI - NESSUS/ACAS) to automate continuous monitoring, auditing and investigating security anomalies. -Provides cybersecurity-related support between the system owner (DoD), regulatory agency (DCSA) and the program development team.
