I began my own consulting business right after retiring from IBM Research. I build custom electronics, develop multi-platform custom software, develop dynamic websites, and perform trouble-shooting, analysis an training to clients. This overlapped with my prior job as chief software architect of a firm that provides the means to analyze configurations of networking routers, switches, and firewalls to determine compliance with mandated governmental and security standards and automatically generates recommended remediation. We are in process of selling the company at this time. I am very experienced in development of telecommunications and software development and leadership. My goal is to advance the state-of-the-art in networking security particularly in the areas that prove vulnerable to attack. I enjoy my work and the opportunity to learn from others. In summary, this really keeps me motivated.
