Supported the planning and execution of a factory shutdown in Monterrey Mexico, and the seamless transition of PCBA and system manufacturing to Guadalajara. Supported transition of operations in Guadalajara to manage a portfolio of high-mix/low-volume customers. Provided leadership to 28 customer programs, generating $800M of revenue. Responsible for nurturing, quoting, and negotiating new business opportunities and the launch of customer’s new products.

Provided leadership for the manufacturing and supply-chain operations needed to support a portfolio of 18 high-mix/low-volume customers in the electronics industry, generating $300M of revenue. Promoted to Director from Manager in 2000. Accountable for all operational metrics, customer satisfaction, and new product introductions.

Following promotion in 1992 from Software Engineer, successfully led a project to design, develop, and commercialize the Factory-Link SPC quality management software product.

Responsible for developing and implementing manufacturing systems, including a shop-floor control system with a fully integrated real-time SPC and quality management solution.

Responsible for establishing manufacturing and design processes to support emerging trends in multi-layer flexible circuits, including the integration of CNC and CAD solutions. The new product cycle-time was reduced from 3 weeks to 3 days.
