Group investigated sterile/aseptic biodegradable formulations including microspheres, implants, injectable depots, and suspensions for intravitreal, intracameral, and topical administration. Several technologies had non-ophthalmic applications and were successfully transferred to Allergan’s Dermatology Drug Delivery Group and the Aesthetics area.
