Here, I have removed/disconnected server units, safely packed them onto carts for transportation, unloaded them from aforementioned carts at the destination site, and then reinstalled the units, and I have made the large numbers of connections between the units and to the switches using printed Excel spreadsheet lists. This was generally done under the supervision of the more experienced employees, but I have also worked without supervision and flawlessly connected a rack of around 15 units myself, with only occasional assistance in resolving discrepancies between the listed connections and the actual units.

I worked as an intern with the IT Help Desk at Paratransit Services in Summer '18. I assisted with the usual help desk calls and helped keep the company's local workstations up-to-date. More notably, I assisted in setting up new workstations. This usually consisted of upgrading RAM and hard drives in the old, unused systems, installing all the software the employees would use, and setting up the system according to the company's standards.
