• Partner in BCLP’s Antitrust & Competition team and leads the firm’s Brussels office. Dave is an American (also with UK and Belgian citizenships) and is qualified in the US, Belgium (A-List) and England & Wales. He has been based in Brussels since 1998 serving primarily American clients and also clients from across Europe, Asia, Africa and South America.• Practice focuses on EU and international antitrust aspects of mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, cartels, commercial agreements and abuses of dominant positions. Dave also advises on EU regulatory law, the FSR, FDI and governmental affairs.• Very active on behalf of clients on the policy side of international antitrust.
